有些项目正常，主要是项目结构正常的目录
有些项目，每次保存文件时，卡住半天，看监控，vscode 居然占满几乎了 CPU 时间。这个主要是保存临时各种临时脚本的项目目录

换 ruff 吧。。。
虽然用了一年 black ，十年 yapf ，现在感觉 ruff 已经挺好了，还省的装 isort 和各种 linter

很早之前别的插件 100% CPU 过，autopep8 用了不到一星期，没印象有这问题
